All items purchased between November 3, 2008 to December 25, 2008 are refundable/exchangeable for any reason up to January 16, 2009. Return shipping on exchanges will be shipped as per our shipping & delivery policy. Items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging. We do not issue call tags for merchandise and you must pay the return shipment cost. Returns for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must obtain an RMA number before returning any product by calling or e-mailing us at the number/e-mail given above.
