FIT SYSTEMS
Acu Dial™
The Acu Dial system combines single-handed adjustment with a full fit band for a quick, sure fit in our line of Universal Fit helmets. It’s easy to master, and ponytail compatible, too.
Roc Loc® 3
The Roc Loc 3 system features tensioning and positioning adjustments, plus variable fit belt anchor points for a truly custom fit and feel. It’s slim, durable and ponytail-compatible too.
Roc Loc® 4
The Roc Loc 4 system includes adjustments for fit tensioning and helmet positioning, plus a supple rubber over-molded fit belt for the ultimate in comfort and stability. And it is ponytail compatible, too.
CONSTRUCTION
In-mold
In-mold technology fuses a tough outer microshell to the helmet’s EPS foam liner. The fusion process reinforces areas around vents and ribs, making the helmet lighter, cooler and tougher.
P.O.V.™ (Point Of View)
Point Of View visors are anchored by a patented internal clutch that allows 15 degrees of vertical adjustment and prevents the visor from rattling and coming loose over rough roads and trails.
Roll Cage™
Roll Cage reinforcement is a tough web of Nylon® molded inside a helmet’s EPS foam liner. It provides an extra measure of strength and integrity that you’ll never notice, unless you need it.
I.C.R. (In-molded Carbon Reinforcement)
In-molded Carbon Reinforcement is a series of carbon plates that are fused with the helmet for extra strength in the event of an impact. The carbon is lighter than plastic - and more beautiful too.
VENTILATION
Wind Tunnel™
Wind Tunnel ventilation combines active vents with internal exhaust channels that force cool, fresh air over and around your head while forcing stale, warm air out. You can see and feel the difference every time you ride.
SIZING
Super Fit™
Super Fit sizing is a unique pattern of science and art. By combining “human scale factors” data with handcrafted headforms and rider feedback, we make helmets that are so comfortable they practically disappear when you put one on.
Universal Fit
Universal Fit is an ingenious method for creating carefully sculpted, size-specific helmets that look good and fit great. They also make the process of trying, buying and selling helmets much easier by simplifying the fit process.
