INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the cost of shipping internationally (outside of the US 50 states), these orders will have a shipping charge added after ordering and we will contact you via your e-mail address about your shipping options.  Please take this into account when ordering.

ORDER BY FAX
To order by fax print and fill out the order by fax form then fax it to us at (562) 595-1113 (California, USA).  We will call or fax and confirm when we receive your order.

ORDER BY MAIL
Print and fill out the order by fax form referred to above and send it with a check (made payable to Extreme Supply, see Payment Method below).

PAYMENT METHOD
We presently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.   Personal Checks (made payable to Extreme Supply) note: personal checks must clear before product(s) are shipped and are subject to a two week delay.  To avoid the wait for personal checks we prefer that money orders be used.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed have up to 48 hour processing time, except expedited shipping orders which are guaranteed immediate processing. A confirmation email should be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive an email, check your spam filters as these often times place your tracking number in your junk items folder. Please contact us to verify that your order has been successfully placed. Special order items may take up to 4 business days to completely process.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders over $100.00 (before taxes and any possible shipping) receive free ground shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $100.00 are charged $12.99/helmet with free accessories shipping, or, if only accessories $7.99 shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii). See above for international/ AK and HI orders. Delivery of your order is very important to us. Most of our orders are shipped from our CA, USA warehouse by FEDEX or UPS.

CALIFORNIA ORDERS
California orders must also add 8.25% for sales tax.

All warranty issues are handled by the respective manufacturer. Warranty issues would include but are not limited to: broken/cracked vents and/or vent covers, broken/cracked visors/faceshields and/or visor/faceshield mechanisms, loose edge molding/trim pieces, blemishes in the helmet finish, materials and worksmanship issues, etc.
