Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items must be in brand new unused condition in original packaging--items returned without original packaging, accessories and/or are not the original items are subject up to a 50% restocking fee. Any undergarments / underwear that is returned will be automatically charged a 10% restocking fee.

Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address including return to sender will automatically be given a refund with a 15% restocking fee.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order to our Signal Hill warehouse.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@extremesupply.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like under garments.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and/or closeout items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

International Order & Freight Forwarder Policy

1. Order Verification & Payment Authorization

To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, all international orders, especially those using freight forwarders, are subject to additional verification. Customers may be required to provide:

  • A valid government-issued ID matching the billing address.
  • Proof of payment authorization (such as a signed authorization form).
  • The full name, address, and contact details of the freight forwarding service.

Orders paid with credit cards may be subject to a waiting period for verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails our verification process.

2. Freight Forwarder Disclaimer

By choosing to use a freight forwarder, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the freight forwarder.
  • We are not liable for any damage, loss, theft, or delays that occur after delivery to the freight forwarder.
  • The customer must ensure the freight forwarder is reputable and compliant with local import regulations.

3. Shipping & Liability

  • All shipments to freight forwarders must be prepaid in full, and no refunds will be issued once the order is shipped.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged items after delivery to the freight forwarder must be handled directly with the forwarding company.
  • The customer is responsible for verifying whether the items can be legally imported into the destination country.

4. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed, and the customer may be permanently banned from future purchases.
  • Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute will result in legal action to recover costs, including shipping fees and penalties.
  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that chargebacks due to issues beyond our control (e.g., problems with the freight forwarder) are not valid.

5. Final Sale & No Refund Policy

All international sales, including those shipped to freight forwarders, are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is shipped. In case of an issue, customers must address concerns with their chosen freight forwarder or local customs agency.
